No Refund Policy

All sales and bookings with 101 Group are final and non-refundable. Once a session has been booked and payment has been processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

By completing a booking and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that circumstances change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible via our contact page. Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability and is not guaranteed.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By providing your payment details, you authorise 101 Group to charge the full session fee. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

We encourage all clients to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. Chargebacks raised in breach of this policy will be contested.
